Well, it’s been a buy few weeks in Glyncorrwg.

Both houses have seen lots of guests with a high turn-over and the housekeepers have been on their toes non-stop.

We did get one or two complaints recently, with guests making it clear that the house did not live up to their expectations.

One of them was quite upset and we were distressed too at that.

So what will do about it?

Well we plan to upgrade and renew the bathrooms in both houses – by Christmas if possible.  We’re also going to look into some ventilation for the bedrooms so that it won’t be necessary to sleep with the windows open in order to avoid dampness.

However, although there are lessons to be learned here and it is a valuable experience, there is some good news too!
